Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 12 oz penne pasta (or use rotini pasta)
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup sun-dried tomato pesto
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, combine cream, broth, and pesto in a saucepan over medium heat; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened. Stir in chicken. Add spinach, in batches. Cook just until wilted. Serve over pasta.
