The Easiest Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of celery soup
- 1¾ cups chicken broth
- 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together chicken, vegetables, soup, and broth in a 9-inch deep-dish glass pie plate. Loosely cover, and microwave until thoroughly heated.
- Unroll crescent dough, and arrange in a spoke fashion over chicken filling. Bake 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
