Toasted Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1¾ cups chicken broth
  • 1½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
  2. Melt butter with oil in a large, deep nonstick skillet over medium heat; add half of ravioli, and cook 3 minutes per side or until toasted. Remove from skillet, and repeat with remaining ravioli.
  3. Add garlic to skillet; cook 30 seconds. Add broth; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until reduced by half. Gradually stir in cheese until melted. Add ravioli; toss.
