Herbed Butter Pork Tenderloin
Toasted Almond Green BeansIngredients
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, parsley, or basil)
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Season pork with desired amount of salt and pepper. Combine butter, herbs, and garlic paste in a small bowl.
- Cook tenderloins in hot oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until lightly seared and browned on one side. Turn and cook 3 minutes or until other side is lightly seared. Remove from heat.
- Brush or drizzle half of butter mixture over tenderloins. Place skillet in oven, and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until pork is done.
- Let pork stand 5 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with remaining half of butter mixture.

- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
- Steam green beans according to package directions until crisp-tender. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with nuts.
