Figgy Grilled Cheese
Spinach and Tomato SaladIngredients
- ¼ cup fig preserves (see Note)
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Spread preserves on one side of 2 bread slices. Top with cheese and 2 bread slices.
- Cook sandwiches in hot oil 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden and cheese melts.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach
- ⅔ cup halved grape tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
