Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ cup low-fat granola
- ¼ cup miniature chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter, melted
Instructions
- Whisk together chia seeds, cocoa, milk, honey, vanilla, and salt in a medium bowl. Cover, and chill overnight.
- Divide chia pudding among 4 bowls. Top with granola, chocolate chips, and peanut butter.
