Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup low-fat granola
  • ¼ cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Whisk together chia seeds, cocoa, milk, honey, vanilla, and salt in a medium bowl. Cover, and chill overnight.
  2. Divide chia pudding among 4 bowls. Top with granola, chocolate chips, and peanut butter.
