Chicken Alfredo with Crispy Garlic Crumbs

Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium, add Alfredo sauce, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated and chicken is done.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Add breadcrumbs and seasoning; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until breadcrumbs are toasted. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Sprinkle over chicken.

Side Dish Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Combine broth, cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat 8 minutes or until thickened. Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Toss together pasta and spinach mixture.
