Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, add Alfredo sauce, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated and chicken is done.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Add breadcrumbs and seasoning; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until breadcrumbs are toasted. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Sprinkle over chicken.

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Combine broth, cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat 8 minutes or until thickened. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  3. Toss together pasta and spinach mixture.
