Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ⅔ cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups spinach
- ⅓ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine beef and Italian seasoning; shape mixture into 2 patties. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Meanwhile, heat Alfredo sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat; gradually add spinach, stirring constantly, until wilted.
- Serve spinach mixture over patties; top with cheese.
