Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ⅔ cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ⅓ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine beef and Italian seasoning; shape mixture into 2 patties. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  2. Meanwhile, heat Alfredo sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat; gradually add spinach, stirring constantly, until wilted.
  3. Serve spinach mixture over patties; top with cheese.

  • 1½ cups carrots sticks
