Chicken Tzatziki Tacos

Ingredients
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- ¼ tsp Greek seasoning
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 soft taco-size flour tortillas, heated
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup kalamata olives
- ⅓ cup tzatziki dip
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with Greek seasoning and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and done.
- Divide chicken among tortillas. Top with lettuce, tomato, and olives. Serve with tzatziki dip.
