Ingredients

  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • ¼ tsp Greek seasoning
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 soft taco-size flour tortillas, heated
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives
  • ⅓ cup tzatziki dip

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with Greek seasoning and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and done.
  2. Divide chicken among tortillas. Top with lettuce, tomato, and olives. Serve with tzatziki dip.
