Honey-Turmeric Chicken Salad

- 1½ cups coarsely chopped rotisserie chicken
- 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken, apples, and onion; toss. Serve chicken salad over kale.
