Pepperoni Pasta Toss
Ingredients
- 8 oz whole-grain rotini pasta
- ½ (6-oz) pkg turkey pepperoni, chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ½ (8-oz) block part-skim mozzarella cheese, cubed
- ½ cup reduced-fat Italian dressing
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water to cool.
- Combine pasta, pepperoni, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, cheese, and dressing in a large bowl; toss. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
