Pepperoni Pasta Toss

Ingredients

  • 8 oz whole-grain rotini pasta
  • ½ (6-oz) pkg turkey pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 English cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ (8-oz) block part-skim mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup reduced-fat Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water to cool.
  2. Combine pasta, pepperoni, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, cheese, and dressing in a large bowl; toss. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
