Winter Sangria Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups pomegranate and cranberry juice blend
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup alcohol-free red wine
  • 2 (12-oz) bottles sparkling water
  • Garnishes: cinnamon sticks, fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Add orange and apple slices and cranberries to a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until cranberries begin to burst.
  2. Add juices and wine to a large pitcher; add caramelized fruit, and let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Fill 6 glasses half full with sangria mixture; top each with sparkling water. Garnish, if desired.
