Winter Sangria Mocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 cups pomegranate and cranberry juice blend
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup alcohol-free red wine
- 2 (12-oz) bottles sparkling water
- Garnishes: cinnamon sticks, fresh cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Add orange and apple slices and cranberries to a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until cranberries begin to burst.
- Add juices and wine to a large pitcher; add caramelized fruit, and let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Fill 6 glasses half full with sangria mixture; top each with sparkling water. Garnish, if desired.
