Lemon-Dill Grouper Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • ½ lemon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 (6-oz) grouper fillets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Instructions

  1. Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon into a bowl. Add mayonnaise, dill, and mustard; stir until blended.
  2. Season fish with salt and pepper. Cook fish in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until fish flakes easily.
  3. Serve fish on buns with lemon-dill sauce.

  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
