Chicken and Apple Kale Salad
Nut CrackersIngredients
- 6 cups chopped kale
- ½ cup olive oil vinaigrette, divided
- ⅔ cup chopped apple
- ½ cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1½ cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Toss kale with ¼ cup dressing in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
- Add apple, cheese, and chicken to kale. Drizzle with ¼ cup vinaigrette, and sprinkle with nuts.
