Greek Chicken Flatbread Wraps
Chilled Red GrapesIngredients
- 1 lemon
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 tsp salt-free Greek seasoning
- ¾ cup tzatziki dip
- 4 (1.9-oz) pieces multigrain flatbread (see Note)
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
- Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon. Heat chicken according to package directions; toss with lemon zest, lemon juice, and Greek seasoning.
- Spread tzatziki over flatbreads. Top one side of each flatbread with lettuce, chicken, and tomatoes.
- Roll up flatbreads. Cut in half, if desired.

- 2 cups seedless red grapes

- Chill grapes until ready to serve.
