Greek Chicken Flatbread Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 tsp salt-free Greek seasoning
  • ¾ cup tzatziki dip
  • 4 (1.9-oz) pieces multigrain flatbread (see Note)
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon. Heat chicken according to package directions; toss with lemon zest, lemon juice, and Greek seasoning.
  2. Spread tzatziki over flatbreads. Top one side of each flatbread with lettuce, chicken, and tomatoes.
  3. Roll up flatbreads. Cut in half, if desired.

  • 2 cups seedless red grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Chill grapes until ready to serve.
