Tomato-Balsamic Ravioli

Ingredients

  • ½ (18-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1½ Tbsp butter
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze (or use balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions in a large skillet; drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water, and return to pot.
  2. Toss pasta with butter, tomatoes, glaze, and enough water to make a thin sauce. cook over medium heat or until tomatoes are soft, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in basil, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
