Tomato-Balsamic Ravioli

Ingredients
- ½ (18-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1½ Tbsp butter
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze (or use balsamic vinegar)
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions in a large skillet; drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water, and return to pot.
- Toss pasta with butter, tomatoes, glaze, and enough water to make a thin sauce. cook over medium heat or until tomatoes are soft, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in basil, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
