Mixed Berries with Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) multigrain French baguette
  • 4 (0.67-oz) slices reduced-fat provolone cheese
  • 8 oz deli-sliced ham
  • ¼ cup sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cut bread in half lengthwise. Layer cheese, ham, pepperoni, tomatoes, lettuce and olives on bottom half of bread. Drizzle with dressing.
  2. Top with remaining half of bread. Cut into 4 pieces.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, halved
  • 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
