Italian Sub Sandwiches
Mixed Berries with HoneyIngredients
- 1 (8-oz) multigrain French baguette
- 4 (0.67-oz) slices reduced-fat provolone cheese
- 8 oz deli-sliced ham
- ¼ cup sliced turkey pepperoni
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ¼ cup reduced-fat Italian dressing
Instructions
- Cut bread in half lengthwise. Layer cheese, ham, pepperoni, tomatoes, lettuce and olives on bottom half of bread. Drizzle with dressing.
- Top with remaining half of bread. Cut into 4 pieces.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, halved
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
- 1 Tbsp honey
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
