Ingredients

  • 1 (6-oz) pkg butter lettuce salad
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ (7-oz) pkg everything-flavored bagel chips
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Divide lettuce, chicken, chips, cucumber, and tomatoes among 4 bowls (or to-go containers); top with onion, dill, and bagel seasoning. Drizzle Easy Aioli recipe over each serving.

  • ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
