Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp brandy or cognac
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Grand Marnier
  • ¼ cup prosecco
  • Garnish: lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Add cognac, lemon juice, and Grand Marnier in a cocktail shaker. Top with 1 cup ice cubes. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a Champagne flute, and top with prosecco. Garnish, if desired.
