Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp brandy or cognac
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Grand Marnier
- ¼ cup prosecco
- Garnish: lemon twist
Instructions
- Add cognac, lemon juice, and Grand Marnier in a cocktail shaker. Top with 1 cup ice cubes. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a Champagne flute, and top with prosecco. Garnish, if desired.
