Barbecue Chicken Bacon Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce, divided
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine chicken and 1 cup barbecue sauce in a zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade.
  3. Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each chicken piece with 1 slice bacon.
  4. Place seam sides down on a lightly greased rack set over a rimmed baking sheet. Brush with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (22-oz) pkg frozen crispy green beans
  • 1 (12-count) pkg frozen mini corn on the cob
  • 6 Tbsp butter, softened

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook green beans according to package directions.
  2. Cook corn on the cob according to package directions; serve with butter.
