Barbecue Chicken Bacon Bites
Crispy Green Beans and Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cups barbecue sauce, divided
- 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine chicken and 1 cup barbecue sauce in a zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade.
- Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each chicken piece with 1 slice bacon.
- Place seam sides down on a lightly greased rack set over a rimmed baking sheet. Brush with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done.

- 1 (22-oz) pkg frozen crispy green beans
- 1 (12-count) pkg frozen mini corn on the cob
- 6 Tbsp butter, softened
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook green beans according to package directions.
- Cook corn on the cob according to package directions; serve with butter.
