Sweet and Sour Chicken and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 3 (3.5-oz) pouches boil-in-bag jasmine rice
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry
- 1 (12-oz) bottle sweet and sour sauce
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until done. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Add vegetables to skillet; cook 8 minutes or until tender. Add chicken and sauce to skillet; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated and well combined.
- Serve chicken and vegetables over rice; sprinkle with green onions.
