Baked Cheeseburger Sliders
Homemade Barbecue Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1½ Tbsp Dijon mustard, divided
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, divided
- 1 (24-count) pkg Hawaiian rolls
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in ketchup, 1 Tbsp mustard, and 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut rolls in half horizontally without separating rolls. Place bottom halves in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Spread meat mixture over rolls, and arrange cheese slices over meat mixture. Cover with roll tops.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, ½ Tbsp mustard, and 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce in a microwavable bowl; cover loosely, and microwave at HIGH until butter is melted. Pour mixture over rolls.
- Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.

- 1 (8-oz) bag kettle-cooked potato chips
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- ½ Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange chips on a rimmed baking sheet; bake 5 minutes or until chips are shiny.
- Meanwhile, stir together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder; sprinkle over hot chips.
