Clock

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1½ Tbsp Dijon mustard, divided
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, divided
  • 1 (24-count) pkg Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in ketchup, 1 Tbsp mustard, and 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cut rolls in half horizontally without separating rolls. Place bottom halves in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Spread meat mixture over rolls, and arrange cheese slices over meat mixture. Cover with roll tops.
  3. Combine butter, brown sugar, ½ Tbsp mustard, and 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce in a microwavable bowl; cover loosely, and microwave at HIGH until butter is melted. Pour mixture over rolls.
  4. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) bag kettle-cooked potato chips
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange chips on a rimmed baking sheet; bake 5 minutes or until chips are shiny.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder; sprinkle over hot chips.
