Greek Ground Beef Pita Pizzas

Ingredients
- 1¼ lb ground beef
- 1½ Tbsp Greek seasoning
- 6 pita bread rounds
- 3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in Greek seasoning.
- Meanwhile, place pitas on a baking sheet; coat with olive oil cooking spray. Bake 5 minutes.
- Top each pita with beef, tomatoes, and cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ (6.5-oz) jar pitted kalamata olives, drained (or use 1 [2.25-oz] can sliced black olives)
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette

- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
