Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin
Macaroni and Cheese and Bacon Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup honey mustard, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly season pork with salt and pepper. Cook pork in hot oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned.
- Brush pork with ⅓ cup honey mustard.
- Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 10 minutes or until pork registers 145°F. Let pork stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining honey mustard for dipping.

- 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen green beans
- 4 slices fully-cooked bacon, chopped
