Instructions

1. Preheat over to 375˚ with a rack in the middle position. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
2. Tightly pack each split dog with Cheddar cheese. Set aside.
3. On a clean work surface, unroll the dough and cut into 8 triangles.
4. Lay the jalapeño slices on the dough triangles stopping about 1 inch from the points.
5. Lay 1 dog along the widest edge of a triangle. Gently roll the dough around the dog, rolling it towards the dog. Place the dog in the blanket on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining hot dogs and dough triangles.
6. Place the baking sheet in the oven, bake for 13 to 15 minutes, rotating the sheet halfway through the baking time to ensure even cooking, or until golden brown. Serve immediately with the mustard.
