Spinach-Mushroom Spaghetti

Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg whole-grain spaghetti
- 1 (16-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- ¾ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (24-oz) jar fire-roasted marinara sauce
- ½ pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ (6-oz) pkg baby spinach
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook mushrooms and seasoning in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and tender, stirring often.
- Stir in sauce, tomatoes, spinach, and cheese. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Toss with pasta.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together beans, garlic, and oil; spread in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Toss beans with salt and pepper.
