Barbecue-Bacon Cheeseburger Nachos

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1½ tsp salt-free Montreal steak seasoning
- ½ (11-oz) pkg gluten-free tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup gluten-free vinegar-based barbecue sauce
- ½ cup chopped dill pickle chips
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp honey
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain and wipe skillet clean.
- Cook beef and onion in same skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and sprinkle with steak seasoning.
- Arrange chips on a greased foil-lined baking sheet; top with beef mixture, bacon, and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Drizzle with barbecue sauce, and top with pickles.
- Stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl. Stir in slaw. Spoon over nachos.
