Barbecue-Bacon Cheeseburger Nachos

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1½ tsp salt-free Montreal steak seasoning
  • ½ (11-oz) pkg gluten-free tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup gluten-free vinegar-based barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickle chips
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain and wipe skillet clean.
  2. Cook beef and onion in same skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and sprinkle with steak seasoning.
  3. Arrange chips on a greased foil-lined baking sheet; top with beef mixture, bacon, and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  4. Drizzle with barbecue sauce, and top with pickles.
  5. Stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl. Stir in slaw. Spoon over nachos.
