Ingredients
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
- 1 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine salad mix
- 1½ cups frozen corn kernels, thawed and drained
- 1 cup cornbread croutons (or use seasoned croutons)
- ½ (16-oz) pkg sweet mini-peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ lb sliced hickory smoked turkey breast, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped

- ¼ cup chopped red onion
Instructions
- Whisk together barbecue sauce and dressing. Divide lettuce, corn, croutons, peppers, turkey, avocado, cheese, and onion among 4 shallow bowls. Drizzle with dressing.
