Open-Faced Steak and Bagel Sandwiches

Sweet Potato Fries and Grapes

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb top sirloin steak
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 plain bagels, split
  • 1 (6.5-oz) pkg garlic-herb spreadable cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Cook steak in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes; cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place bagels, cut sides up on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until toasted.
  3. Spread garlic-herb cheese over toasted bagels. Top with steak and mozzarella cheese. Return to oven, and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
  • 1 lb seedless red grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions.
  2. Serve grapes on each plate.
