Open-Faced Steak and Bagel Sandwiches
Sweet Potato Fries and Grapes
Ingredients
- 1½ lb top sirloin steak
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 plain bagels, split
- 1 (6.5-oz) pkg garlic-herb spreadable cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Cook steak in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes; cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Place bagels, cut sides up on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until toasted.
- Spread garlic-herb cheese over toasted bagels. Top with steak and mozzarella cheese. Return to oven, and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
- 1 lb seedless red grapes
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions.
- Serve grapes on each plate.
