Crispy Lemon-Dill Fish
Roasted Garlic Red Potatoes and Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh dill
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 6 (6-oz) tilapia fillets
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together breadcrumbs, oil, dill, and lemon zest in a bowl.
- Place fish on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Brush tops of fillets with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened

- Cook potatoes according to package directions.
