Ginger Ground Beef and Peas
Ingredients
- 3 (3.5-oz) pkg boil-in-bag rice
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ½ cup gluten-free soy sauce
- ⅓ cup water
- 1½ Tbsp sugar
- ¼ to ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
- 3 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Drain and return beef to skillet. Add soy sauce, water, and sugar, stirring to combine.
- Add ginger and peas; cook 4 minutes or until most of liquid has evaporated. Serve beef mixture over rice; sprinkle with onions.
