Creamy Chicken and Ham Soup
Garlic BreadsticksIngredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 (8-oz) pkg cubed ham
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat; add chicken and ham. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is done. Add flour; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
- Gradually stir in broth and milk; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in mustard (if using), and garlic salt.
- Gradually add cheese, stirring until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- ½ (6-count) pkg frozen garlic breadsticks
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake desired amount of breadsticks according to package directions.
