Ingredients

  • 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen garlic bread
  • 2 (15-oz) containers refrigerated slow simmered beef roast au jus (or use Italian style beef roast)
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Bake bread according to package directions. Place baked bread, cut sides up, on a baking sheet.
  2. Heat roast according to package directions; cool slightly. Break apart into small chunks. Top bread with roast; add cheese.
  3. Bake 2 to 3 minutes or just until cheese is melted. Cut into serving-size portions. Serve with au jus for dipping.

  • 1 (11-oz) pkg spring mix
  • 2 Anjou pears, unpeeled and sliced
  • ½ cup walnut halves
  • ½ cup sweetened dried cranberries (or dried cherries)
  • ½ (16-oz) bottle balsamic vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together greens, pears, nuts, and cranberries in a large bowl. Drizzle with desired amount of vinaigrette; toss.
