Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce 
  • ⅓ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt 
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken 
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese 
  • ¼ cup chopped celery 
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce 
  • 4 soft-taco size whole wheat tortillas 

Instructions

  1.  Whisk together buffalo sauce, yogurt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in chicken, cheese, and celery.
  2. Divide chicken salad and lettuce among tortillas. Wrap burrito-style to serve.

  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve cucumber with dressing.
