Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ⅓ cup plain whole-milk yogurt, divided
  • 2 Tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1½ tsp Ranch dressing mix
  • 4 tostada shells
  • ⅓ cup shredded colby-Jack cheese
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat chicken in a microwave-safe dish 1 minute or until warm. Stir together 2 Tbsp yogurt and buffalo sauce. Add chicken, stirring to coat.
  2. Stir together remaining yogurt, lime juice, and Ranch mix in a small bowl, adding water, if needed, to reach a pourable consistency.
  3. Heat tostadas according to package directions. Top with chicken mixture and cheese. Drizzle with Ranch mixture, and sprinkle with onion.

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ⅔ cup halved grape tomatoes
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
