Buffalo Chicken Tostadas

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- ⅓ cup plain whole-milk yogurt, divided
- 2 Tbsp buffalo sauce
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1½ tsp Ranch dressing mix
- 4 tostada shells
- ⅓ cup shredded colby-Jack cheese
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Heat chicken in a microwave-safe dish 1 minute or until warm. Stir together 2 Tbsp yogurt and buffalo sauce. Add chicken, stirring to coat.
- Stir together remaining yogurt, lime juice, and Ranch mix in a small bowl, adding water, if needed, to reach a pourable consistency.
- Heat tostadas according to package directions. Top with chicken mixture and cheese. Drizzle with Ranch mixture, and sprinkle with onion.

- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ⅔ cup halved grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette

- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
