Ingredients

  • 1½ (20-oz) family-size pkg Italian sausage ravioli
  • 1 (2.52-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg baby arugula

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, reheat bacon according to package directions; tear bacon into bite-size pieces.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until butter begins to brown and smell nutty, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  3. Combine bacon and arugula in a large bowl; add ravioli and browned butter. Toss; season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Serve immediately.

  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette
