Ingredients

  • 3 oz tortilla chips (about ¼ of package)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup drained and rinsed canned black beans
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • ⅔ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ⅔ cup refrigerated salsa
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing
  • ¾ tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Layer tortilla chips, lettuce, beans, corn, cheese, and salsa in a bowl.
  2. Stir together Ranch dressing and chili powder; drizzle over salad.
