Layered Taco Salad
Ingredients
- 3 oz tortilla chips (about ¼ of package)
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup drained and rinsed canned black beans
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- ⅔ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ⅔ cup refrigerated salsa
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
- ¾ tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Layer tortilla chips, lettuce, beans, corn, cheese, and salsa in a bowl.
- Stir together Ranch dressing and chili powder; drizzle over salad.
