Hoisin-Green Onion Pork Tenderloin
Mashed Potatoes and French Green BeansIngredients
- 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp gluten-free hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- ½ Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp chopped green onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pork on a large rimmed baking sheet. Brush with hoisin sauce. Roast 20 to 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- Meanwhile, combine butter, garlic, and onion. Spread butter mixture over pork.

- 1 (8-oz) pkg trimmed French green beans
- 2 Tbsp gluten-free chicken broth
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- ⅛ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions
- Heat mashed potatoes according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, bring green beans, broth, thyme, salt, and pepper to a boil in a large skillet. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
