Cheesy Hot Beef Sandwiches
Herb French Fries
Ingredients
- ¼ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ½ cup diced green bell pepper
- ½ tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ⅓ cup canned cream of mushroom soup
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 hoagie rolls
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cook beef, onion, bell pepper, and steak seasoning in a skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until beef is crumbly and onion is lightly browned and tender. Drain and return to skillet.
- Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Reduce heat to medium, and stir in soup and Worcestershire; cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Divide beef mixture between rolls; top with cheese (see Note) and green onion.

- ½ (26-oz) pkg frozen thin cut French fries
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions. Toss with seasoning and salt.
