Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 4 oz penne pasta (or use rotini pasta)
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups spinach
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, combine cream, broth, and pesto in a saucepan over medium heat; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened. Stir in chicken. Add spinach; cook just until wilted. Serve over pasta.
