Ingredients
- ¾ lb top sirloin steak
- ½ Tbsp salt-free Greek seasoning
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves
- ½ cup halved grape tomatoes
- ⅓ cup sliced cucumber
- ⅓ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ cup refrigerated tzatziki-Ranch Greek yogurt dressing
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Cook in hot oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from skillet; let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
- Arrange lettuce in 3 stacks; top with steak, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, dressing, and cheese.
