Ingredients

  • ¾ lb top sirloin steak
  • ½ Tbsp salt-free Greek seasoning
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 romaine lettuce leaves
  • ½ cup halved grape tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup sliced cucumber
  • ⅓ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup refrigerated tzatziki-Ranch Greek yogurt dressing
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Cook in hot oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from skillet; let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
  2. Arrange lettuce in 3 stacks; top with steak, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, dressing, and cheese.
