Ingredients

  • ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg cubed ham 
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in a 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Top with ham and cheese.
  2. Mix together cream and cream cheese in a small bowl. Pour over casserole; stir well. Sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is done.

  • ½ (18-oz) pkg frozen green beans
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook green beans according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Combine butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; drizzle over green beans, tossing to coat.
