Asian Chicken Wings
Napa Cabbage and Bell Pepper SlawIngredients
- 1½ lb chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken in a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker.
- Stir together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until chicken is done.

- 1½ Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ Tbsp dark sesame oil
- ½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ head Napa cabbage, shredded
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup grated carrots
- 2 Tbsp thinly sliced green onions
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, and soy sauce in a medium bowl. Add cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, and green onions; toss.
