Ingredients

  • 1½ lb chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. Stir together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until chicken is done.

  • 1½ Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • ½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ head Napa cabbage, shredded
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ cup grated carrots
  • 2 Tbsp thinly sliced green onions

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, and soy sauce in a medium bowl. Add cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, and green onions; toss.
