Lamb Kofta Bowls with Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground lamb (or use ground beef)
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1½ cups whole wheat couscous
- 2 pints grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup tzatziki dip
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint (or use basil)
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Combine lamb, garam masala, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl; shape into 12 oblong meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a lightly greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center.
- Meanwhile, cook couscous according to package directions.
- Divide couscous among 6 shallow bowls; top with meatballs, tomatoes, and tzatziki dip. Sprinkle with mint.
