Buffalo Chicken Tostadas

Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt, divided
- ⅓ cup buffalo sauce
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1½ Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
- 12 tostada shells
- 1 cup shredded colby-Jack cheese
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Heat chicken in a microwave-safe dish 1 to 2 minutes or until warm. Stir together ½ cup yogurt and buffalo sauce. Add chicken, stirring to coat.
- Stir together ½ cup yogurt, lime juice, and Ranch mix in a small bowl, adding water, if needed, to reach a pourable consistency.
- Heat tostadas according to package directions. Top with chicken mixture and cheese. Drizzle with Ranch mixture, and sprinkle with onions.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup olive oil vinaigrette

- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
