Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt, divided
  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1½ Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
  • 12 tostada shells
  • 1 cup shredded colby-Jack cheese
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat chicken in a microwave-safe dish 1 to 2 minutes or until warm. Stir together ½ cup yogurt and buffalo sauce. Add chicken, stirring to coat.
  2. Stir together ½ cup yogurt, lime juice, and Ranch mix in a small bowl, adding water, if needed, to reach a pourable consistency.
  3. Heat tostadas according to package directions. Top with chicken mixture and cheese. Drizzle with Ranch mixture, and sprinkle with onions.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup olive oil vinaigrette
