Creamy Pesto Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen fully cooked meatballs
  • 1 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup pesto

Instructions

  1. Cook meatballs according to package directions. Heat mashed potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, combine cream, broth, and pesto in a saucepan over medium heat; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened. Spoon sauce over meatballs.
