Creamy Pesto Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes
Garlic Green Beans
Ingredients
- ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen fully cooked meatballs
- 1 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup pesto
Instructions
- Cook meatballs according to package directions. Heat mashed potatoes according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, combine cream, broth, and pesto in a saucepan over medium heat; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened. Spoon sauce over meatballs.
