Crunchy Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (3-oz) pkg ramen noodles, lightly crushed
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken (see Note)
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup light Asian sesame dressing
  • 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Remove and discard flavor packet from noodles. Toss together slaw, noodles, chicken, nuts, onions, and dressing in a large bowl; gently stir in orange and avocado.
