Italian Meat Loaf
Garlic Pasta and Buttery Green Beans and TomatoesIngredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup pasta sauce, divided
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together beef, ½ cup pasta sauce, and all remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- Press mixture into a lightly greased 9- x 5-inch loaf pan; brush with remaining pasta sauce.
- Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes or until no longer pink. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

- 2 (4.7-oz) pkg butter-and-garlic pasta
- 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen green beans
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta and green beans separately according to package directions.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add green beans and tomatoes; cook 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
