Easy French Dip Biscuits
Crispy Onion Rings and GrapesIngredients
- 1 (16.3-oz) can refrigerated flaky-layer biscuits
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp horseradish (optional)
- 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced havarti cheese (or use mozzarella)
- 1 (1-oz) envelope au jus gravy mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Separate each biscuit into 2 halves.
- Stir together mayonnaise, Dijon, and horseradish (if using) in a small bowl. Spread over bottom halves of biscuit dough. Top with roast beef, and 1 slice cheese (tearing to fit).
- Cover with biscuit dough tops, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare au jus mix according to package directions. Serve with biscuits for dipping.

- 1 lb seedless red grapes

- Bake onion rings according to package directions.
- Serve grapes on each plate.
