Easy French Dip Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 (16.3-oz) can refrigerated flaky-layer biscuits
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp horseradish (optional)
  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced havarti cheese (or use mozzarella)
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope au jus gravy mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Separate each biscuit into 2 halves.
  2. Stir together mayonnaise, Dijon, and horseradish (if using) in a small bowl. Spread over bottom halves of biscuit dough. Top with roast beef, and 1 slice cheese (tearing to fit).
  3. Cover with biscuit dough tops, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare au jus mix according to package directions. Serve with biscuits for dipping.

  • 2 (13.5-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
  • 1 lb seedless red grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake onion rings according to package directions.
  2. Serve grapes on each plate.
