Chicken Parmesan Casserole
Steamed BroccoliIngredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (24-oz) jar tomato and basil pasta sauce
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup Italian-seasoned panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and place in a large bowl. Add cream cheese and sour cream; stirring until blended.
- Sprinkle chicken with seasoning. Cook in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done. Add pasta sauce and tomato sauce.
- Arrange half of pasta mixture in a lightly greased 11-x 7-inch baking dish. Top with half of chicken mixture and half of cheeses. Repeat layers.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
